How do I schedule a workout?

You can schedule a workout directly from the workout's landing page. When you click the blue calendar button on the bottom left corner your calendar will pop up If you haven't already given SweatWorking access to add events to your calendar, you will be asked to do so. From there you can pick the day, time, reminders you'd like and invite your friends. You'll find all the details for your workout right in the calendar invite.
