What if I do not have all the listed equipment?
We have a wide variety of workouts that cater to equipment you may have access to, including a large number of workouts that do not require any equipment. Each workout and challenge will list what equipment is needed. If you are specifically looking for no-equipment workouts you can navigate to the search page and filter for workouts that do not need equipment. Additionally, you may substitute certain equipment (i.e. use dumbbells if you do not have a barbell or run outside if you do not have a treadmill) as needed.
