What is a challenge?

A challenge is a fitness program created by a coach with specific goals and structured workouts to help you stay engaged and accountable. Challenges have at least 3 workouts / week and last for multiple weeks. They are typically 4 weeks long. 

You can create or join a team and do the challenge with your friends or do a challenge on your own. When creating or joining a team, you and your friends get a special team dashboard where you can see the team’s progress each individual’s progress, and get a live newsfeed of how everyone is doing (coming soon!).
